We want your journey to be as seamless as possible. To ensure you have a great airport experience, please take note of LIFT's hand baggage allowances. Any travellers exceeding hand baggage allowances will be asked to return to the LIFT check-in counters. This could result in extra costs or delays to your travel.
- All LIFT flights include one free item of hand baggage and Premium ticket holders may take two free items of hand baggage
- A slimline laptop bag or handbag is included in the hand baggage allowance
- Hand baggage items may not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm, and may not weigh more than 7kg
We recommend you arrive 2 hours before your flight departs. Check-in closes 45 minutes before departure and boarding closes 15 minutes before departure.
