Certified copies of an approved Government identification document (Passport, Drivers License, National ID (green book or card) will be accepted provided that the date is not older than 3 months and that a physical copy is on hand. 

Original temporary identification documents will be accepted provided they are accompanied by an affidavit that is no older than 3 months. No digital versions or printed copies will be accepted.
