Cancelling before any flights have been flown
You can cancel your flights up to 1 hour* before departure, and get refunded to your LIFT Wallet. A cancellation fee of R300.00 per person applies.
PLEASE NOTE: Online cancellations can only be performed for all passengers in the booking and before any flights have been flown. To cancel a booking for only 1 passenger in a booking or for only one flight of your booking, please click here for more information.
To cancel a booking, follow these easy steps:
Step 1
Click on the Manage Booking button on your confirmation email or head over to the Manage Booking page and enter your booking reference number (385#####) and Last name

Step 2
In the Manage Booking Portal you will have the following options:
- Manage your LIFT customer profile (If logged in)
- Cancel your booking
- Change your flights
- Add Extras to your booking
- Print your confirmation
- Email your confirmation
Select the CANCEL BOOKING option.

Step 3
A notice will appear warning you of the cancellation request. To cancel your booking click OK.
Please note that after clicking OK the process cannot be reversed online.

Step 4
Your booking is now cancelled. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
The value of the unused ticket will be refunded to your LIFT Wallet. Cancellations made within 1 hour of departure will incur a R300 fee per person, deducted from the total ticket value.
Cancelling mid-trip or for one passenger?
