Already flown with LIFT?

If you’ve made a booking and flown with LIFT before, your LIFT Customer Profile already exists — there’s no need to create a new one.


To access your account:

  1. Go to lift.co.za.
  2. Click Login or Customer Login in the top right corner.
  3. Select reset your password and follow the prompts using the same email address you used when booking.

New to LIFT?

If you haven’t booked with us before and want to create a new profile (for example, to top up your LIFT Wallet), follow these steps:

  1. Go to lift.co.za.
  2. Click Login or Customer Login in the top right corner.
  3. In the login pop-up, select Sign up at the bottom.
  4. Complete the required fields and click Sign up.


That’s it — your LIFT Customer Profile is now active and ready to use.


Notes

Always use the same email address you used when booking to see your existing bookings and LIFT Wallet balance.
