You can access your LIFT Customer Profile anytime to view your bookings, manage your LIFT Wallet, or update your personal details.


Steps to log in

  • Go to lift.co.za.
  • Click Login or Customer Login in the top right corner.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Click login.

Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your LIFT Customer Profile.


Forgot your password?

If you can’t remember your password, click reset your password on the login window and follow the prompts to reset it.

Once complete, return to lift.co.za and log in with your new password.


Tips

If you’ve flown with LIFT before, your profile already exists — you just need to reset your password.

Use the same email address linked to your bookings or LIFT Wallet to ensure your details appear correctly.
