Follow these steps to reset your password:

 

  1. Visit the LIFT website.
  2. Click the Login button or Customer Login link in the black bar at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Login pop-up window, click on the Trouble logging in? Let's reset your password link at the bottom.
  4. Enter the email address you used to make a booking.
  5. You will receive a Reset Password email.
  6. Click the link in the email and create a new password for your profile.


Please note: 
  • The link in the reset password email is active for only 30 minutes and can only be used once.
  • If the link expires or you click on it more than once, you will need to request a new reset link.
