Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Visit the LIFT website.
- Click the Login button or Customer Login link in the black bar at the top right of the screen.
- In the Login pop-up window, click on the Trouble logging in? Let's reset your password link at the bottom.
- Enter the email address you used to make a booking.
- You will receive a Reset Password email.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password for your profile.
Please note:
- The link in the reset password email is active for only 30 minutes and can only be used once.
- If the link expires or you click on it more than once, you will need to request a new reset link.
