If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly and securely.
Steps to reset your password
- Go to lift.co.za.
- Click Login or Customer Login in the top right corner.
- In the login pop-up, select reset your password.
- Enter the email address you used when making your booking, then click Submit.
- Check your inbox for a Reset Password email.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password for your profile.
Important notes
- The reset link is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once.
- If the link expires or is clicked more than once, request a new reset link.
- Always use the same email address linked to your existing bookings or LIFT Wallet.
