If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly and securely.


Steps to reset your password

  1. Go to lift.co.za.
  2. Click Login or Customer Login in the top right corner.
  3. In the login pop-up, select reset your password.
  4. Enter the email address you used when making your booking, then click Submit.
  5. Check your inbox for a Reset Password email.
  6. Click the link in the email and create a new password for your profile.


Important notes

  • The reset link is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once.
  • If the link expires or is clicked more than once, request a new reset link.
  • Always use the same email address linked to your existing bookings or LIFT Wallet.
