The LIFT Wallet refund will be allowed in accordance with point 11 of our Conditions of Contract


Flight Cancellations


A cancellation fee of R300 per person will be deducted from the unflown value of the ticket(s). The balance will be refunded to your LIFT Wallet.


LIFT Wallet Credit Validity


  • Wallet Funds credited due to Wallet Top-Up purchases - 36 months
  • Wallet Funds credited due to booking cancellations - 12 months
  • Wallet Funds credited as compensation‚ trade exchanges‚ or prizes - 12 months
