A customer profile is a secure LIFT profile that allows you to save and manage your contact information and traveller details for a better, faster booking experience.


Manage your trips or update your company details, should this be a requirement for Tax-Invoice purposes.


Your LIFT Wallet is linked to your customer profile.


How to access your customer profile for the first time

NEW Customers: Create a customer profile in a few easy steps

This is only applicable to customers who have not booked with LIFT before.


Step 1

Visit the LIFT website


Step 2

Click the Wallet Login button or Customer Login link in the black bar top right of the screen



Step 3

A Login pop-up will appear



Step 4

Click on the Sign-up link at the bottom of the pop-up window



Step 5

Fill in all the required fields and click Sign up

You are all set to go!


How to view your customer profile

  • Visit the LIFT website
  • Click the Login button or Customer Login link in the black bar top right of the screen
  • A Login pop-up will appear
  • Enter the email address and password and click LOGIN
  • Once successfully logged in, click on your name in the black bar to view your customer profile


Forgot your password?

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  • Visit the LIFT website
  • Click the Login button or Customer Login link in the black bar top right of the screen
  • A Login pop-up will appear
  • Click on the Trouble logging in? Let's reset your password link at the bottom of the pop-up window
  • Enter the email address that you used to make a booking with
  • You will receive a Reset Password email. 
  • Click on the link and create a password for your profile
  • You are all set to go


IMPORTANT: Always use the email address used for making bookings to log in to your customer profile.
