INFANTS
Infants are passengers between the ages of 0 - 23 months (not yet two years of age) at time of travel.
Infants need a ticket to travel on a flight, even though they are not occupying a seat. All infants must be accompanied by an adult traveller.
CHILDREN
Two years and older, but younger than 12 years
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years may travel without an adult. Our LIFT Team will safely escort your child from the check-in counters through to their aircraft seat. Regulatory paperwork will need to be completed at the departure station and presented at the arrival station.
YOUNG PERSONS
Children aged between 12 years and 16 years don’t need to travel with an adult.
