If your baggage is lost or damaged, please report it to a LIFT team member immediately upon arrival. Our team will assist you in logging the report and guiding you through the next steps. All claims are handled in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Hard shell bags

We discourage the use of hard-shell suitcases, as they are not designed to withstand the stacking and handling procedures used when loading baggage. These bags are more likely to crack or suffer damage during normal operations.

If you choose to travel with a hard shell bag, please note that this is at your own risk, and LIFT cannot accept liability for damage resulting from normal handling.
