Onboard storage space is limited overhead stowage fills up quickly. Even if your cabin bag complies with size and weight limits, we may need to place it in the aircraft hold to ensure safe and compliant storage for all passengers.

If your bag is moved to the hold, it will be tagged as VIB – "Very Important Baggage" and can be collected at the designated baggage carousel upon arrival. Please remove any valuables before handing it over to our team.
