Yes, you can get a refund to your LIFT Wallet for cancelled bookings up to 1 hour before departure. Cancellations will incur a R300 per person cancellation fee and the balance of the unflown ticket(s) will be refunded into your LIFT Wallet. These funds can be used to rebook your flights, whenever you're ready.
Please note:
LIFT Wallet funds are NOT refundable into the original form of payment used at time of booking (cash or credit/debit card). LIFT Wallet funds can be used towards payment for future LIFT Flights, Extras or upgrades to LIFT Premium.
